Your holster is guaranteed from defects in material and workmanship. I can only accept returns for this reason. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your holster. I can not accept returns on a holster because they were not opened for 6 months so please inspect your holster when you receive it. Holsters that meet our return policy must be returned in new, unused condition. Please contact us prior to mailing your return for an RA number. Holsters that are modified in any way (more cant, higher ride, full sweatshield, modified to accommodate rail mount accessories, lasers, optics or custom exotic trim etc) per the customers request are not returnable but I will address concerns or issues on a case to case basis. In stock items are not returnable. If you need to cancel an order please contact us prior to your holster being made. 

Gun Belts which are custom made to size are not returnable. If you have an issue with a belt please contact us.
